From curated activations to bespoke festival packages, Vibee creates transformative moments in the most sought-after destinations.

You build packages directly through our official website, Vibee.com. Simply navigate to the event you wish to attend, select the type and quantity of packages, then follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You will need a credit or debit card to complete your purchase.

The inclusions with your ticket vary based on the type of package you select. You can find detailed information about what's included with each package type on the specific event page on Vibee.com.

No, your flights are not included in your Vibee packages.

Fans will be part of an immersive weekend event experience, thus tickets are not offered for individual events through Vibee.com.

Vibee accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including (among others) American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. The currency of the package price will be displayed on Vibee.com (for example, US-based events are charging for packages in US Dollars and Canadian events are charging in Canadian Dollars). Your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee.

Yes, you may split payments with your friends or family! Instructions to split your package payment are available at check-out. Please note that each party on the split payment has a specific amount of time to complete their payment or the order is in danger of cancellation. This time will be communicated as you complete the Split Pay information.

Other guests on the reservation will have a specific amount of time from the time of purchase to place their deposits. Failure to pay all deposits within the required period of time will result in a loss in deposits for each guest in your group.

Our online purchase process currently allows up to 8 guests per Vibee order. If you are looking to purchase for a group of more than 8, please reach out to Vibee Support.

Yes, the main guest on your package purchase must be at least 21 years of age to meet the hotel check-in requirements. Additional hotel guests may be under 21. However, admission to some events included in your package may be limited to those who are 21 or older. There are no exceptions to this policy, and we are unable to offer refunds or partial refunds if guests are unable to attend 21+ events.

I ORDERED, NOW WHAT?

For US residents, you can purchase travel insurance here or any guest is welcome to book their own insurance through a third party carrier of their choice. Travel Guard travel insurance can be purchased up to 24-hours in advance of your departure for your experience.

You will receive email updates from Vibee in the weeks preceding your experience with more information such as ticket delivery, hotel confirmation, itinerary details and more!

You should receive an email confirmation of your order immediately after purchase. If you do not receive this email you may have mis-typed your email address. Please contact Vibee Support for assistance.

At the top right corner of our website, click on the “Sign In” button and follow the prompts using the same email address you used when purchasing your package. Please keep an eye out for an email asking you to verify your email address, please check spam if you do not immediately see that.

You should have received information about verifying your email address upon order confirmation. If you did not receive this, please check your spam folder, and if it’s not there, please contact Vibee Support to get another verification email sent to you.

If you miss a payment on your payment plan, Vibee will give you notice to the email you provided upon purchase and a period of 5 days to make the payment. If we do not receive payment within this period, your order will be canceled and all prior paid amounts will be forfeited and non-refundable.

Once you have a Vibee account, sign in, and after clicking your name in the top right corner, choose “Account.” As you scroll down, you will see a section to update your credit card information.

If you would like to upgrade or modify your package, please reach out to Vibee Support with your specific requests. Please note that package modifications are not guaranteed and are dependent upon availability.

The package you have purchased is offered as a bundled experience, and we do not provide itemized breakdowns of individual components within the package. Your Order Confirmation email lists the components included in your package. If you have any specific questions or concerns about the package or its inclusions, please feel free to reach out to Vibee Support, and we will do our best to provide you with the information you need.

Depending on your specific experience, there may be the option to purchase dinners or other add-ons in order to elevate your experience. Please visit your experience home page for further information and then contact Vibee Support to add on. Additional experience components are subject to availability.
WHAT ABOUT HOTELS?

Some hotels charge a daily resort fee to guests staying on property. Daily resort fees are additional charges that cover hotel amenities and may include: property-wide high speed internet access (public spaces and in-room), unlimited local and toll-free calls, complimentary self-parking, hotel pool access, and fitness center access. Unfortunately, they're not optional and are normally charged at the hotel when you check-in. You can visit your hotel website for a list of current amenities and inclusions in your daily resort fee.

You will be receiving a series of emails from Vibee in the 2-3 weeks leading up to your experience that will include your hotel confirmation number as well as detailed information regarding the itinerary, and further details regarding the event.

Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust the check-in and check-out dates of your package, as our experience hotel dates are fixed with each package. However, depending on the date of your booking, there may be an option to add an additional night to your stay. If this is of interest to you, please let us know which nights you would like to add to your existing reservation and we will let you know as soon as possible if we are able to accommodate your request.

Depending on hotel availability, we would be happy to change your room type. Please reach out to Vibee Support and let us know your specific request. We will get back to you with pricing and options.

Depending on the date of your booking, there may be an option to add an additional night to your stay. If this is of interest to you, please let us know which night(s) you would like to add to your existing reservation and we will let you know as soon as possible if we are able to book these dates for you. Please note that not all dates may be available for booking.
WHAT ABOUT TICKETS?

Ticket delivery will vary based on the Vibee experience. Please visit your experience’s web page for more specific information.

If you would like to add additional tickets to your existing reservation, please contact Vibee Support with the quantity of tickets desired as well as any required hotel room changes as a result. If we have available inventory to accommodate your request, our support team will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.

Per our Terms of Purchase, all sales are final upon purchase. There are no refunds unless the event has been canceled or rescheduled by Vibee to a later date which you cannot attend. However, if you want to have someone take over your package, we're happy to submit a name change request. Please note these requests are not guaranteed and may not be able to be facilitated the closer we are to the event dates.
